WHY FOUND(H)ER
Founding a startup is not a career path reserved for Silicon Valley.
When we were young, international experiences, role models and communities helped us see that thinking bigger was possible.
Now we want to pass that on.
FOUND(H)ER exists so the next generation of women founders can access the perspective, support and courage that meant so much to us at the beginning.

For participants who go on to build their own startup, the FOUND(H)ER founders want to continue supporting them beyond the program.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We might be looking for you.
You do not need to already have a startup.
You do not need to have raised money.
You do not need to know exactly what you want to build.
We are looking for curiosity, ambition and the desire to create something.
You can apply if:
you are 18–25 years old
you are a Hungarian citizen
you are interested in startups, technology or entrepreneurship
you are curious and dare to think big
you are available November 17–20, 2026 and can travel to Helsinki
